Moving Forward is led by Principal Advisor Mark Ward, who is a recruiter that has over 30 years’ experience managing both industrial and commercial SME’s.

Mark knows the trade, his and yours. 

Mark has tertiary technical and commercial qualifications, and started his career in field service roles in the specialty chemical industry. Soon he moved into sales, marketing and divisional management roles across specialty chemicals, industrial gases, packaging and engineering products.

He’s managed diverse teams of professionals across operations, sales, marketing and finance and administration. This broad experience enables Mark to relate to a wide range of clients, and since becoming involved in recruitment has worked with retail, hospitality, FMCG, pharmaceutical and healthcare industries in addition to his core experience in chemicals, gases, mechanical services, plastics and capital equipment. The team at Moving Forward have backgrounds in engineering, sales and marketing, financial services and human resources and are ready to be of service.

Kevin Robinson

Kevin Robinson Profile Kevin has developed extensive recruitment experience from his commencement in 2002, where he is able to combine his 20 years of corporate and SME business experience to practically assist and closely work with our clients. Kevin has a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering & Business Management, as well as qualifications in Material Handling/ Sales and Marketing.

He has predominantly worked within the Mining, Engineering & Manufacturing sector with high profile industry leading multinationals, and compliments these skills with his success in business management and development in SME environments. With significant experience gained in Business Unit Management and Operational roles, combined with Business Development responsibility in project & application engineering, Kevin has a comprehensive working knowledge of business from an operations perspective with full P&L responsibility in Business Unit Management. Skills which are invaluable when working strategically with senior management teams, or during the executive selection process.
