Part of our philosophy is to recognise there are many people skilled at preparing resumes and presenting themselves at interview. Our screening processes go further than a tick the box approach to key competencies and experience. We generally meet a higher than average number of potential candidates for each role because invariably some of the best candidates are those who have been in their current or most recent roles for longer periods of time and are perhaps less skilled at the interview process than your average job hunter. We assess candidates in terms of attitude, energy, work ethic, team orientation, body language, communication skills, technical ability and proven recent performance. Only fully qualified candidates are presented for client interview.
